Four Course Menu 

Thursday & Friday Evenings

€45 per person

Potato & seed cracker, yarrow flower cream, wild salad of poppy petal, nasturtium & pineapple weed, pickled rose petal

Warm bread, cultured Périgord butter, meadow herb salt

Broad bean & fresh pea, shaved raw fennel, wild fennel oil, lemon verbena, whipped goats curd

Sandre, girolles, walnut

or

Girolles, chard,

crispy tarragon and walnut, nasturtium

Pork collar and loin cooked over the fire,  lightly fermented fennel and Monbazillac sauce, grilled fennel and bbq hedge mustard

or

Roast aubergine & 

smoked tomato, grilled fennel, pickled shallot, broad bean, hazelnut crumb, Ossau-Iraty and wild summer herbs

Children are invited to join the four-course menu at full size or as a smaller portion at €35 

Our menus change each week in response to what is growing, foraged and available locally.

Childrens Menu

€25 per child

​

Pasta served with a choice of:

Bolognaise

slow-cooked beef ragù, cheese

 

Homemade pesto, cheese

​

Butter / olive oil,  cheese

​

Served alongside:

Bread and butter 

A bowl of seasonal vegetable sticks or

A simple green salad with a light dressing

​

Children can also join the full four-course at €45 or opt for a reduced portion size of the four course which is available at €35.

 

On Friday, there is only one menu available which is the tasting menu, for adults and children. We do not offer a separate children's menu on Friday evenings,
