Garden Menu or The Full Menu
€45 or €65
available every evening except Friday Friday is a more extensive tasting menu experience full of lots of tasty bites where diners arrive at the same time, and full wine and soft drinks pairing is available and every course is presented by the chefs.
The menu below is an example of the garden menu, the full menu consists of more snacks and courses. You can choose on the night.

Friday Evenings only
This is my absolute favourite menu to prepare, with full passion and enthusiasm. It's where I showcase the full explosion of wild flavours, blended with gorgeous local produce, where each bite and course is presented in a more intimate setting, alongside the option to have a carefully curated wine pairing or soft drinks pairing made using the ferments, elixirs and concoctions that we make in house. You will learn lots about wild foods and the evening is more of a tailored experience.

Children can also join the full four-course at €45 or opt for a reduced portion size of the four course which is available at €35.
On Friday, there is only one menu available which is the tasting menu, for adults and children. We do not offer a separate children's menu on Friday evenings,
